Dr Nicoletta Mabhena is a medical doctor, epidemiologist, global health specialist, menopause coach and cofounder of LynFlowers Healthcare, where she supports women in midlife and beyond with evidence‑based, culturally sensitive care. She meets women exactly where they are — emotionally, hormonally, and in the realities of their daily lives — helping them navigate perimenopause and menopause with clarity, dignity, and renewed joy.

Through LynFlowers, she blends clinical insight with a whole‑person approach that enhances wellbeing, confidence, and long‑term longevity. She also partners with organisations to address the hidden productivity and wellbeing impacts of midlife transitions in the workplace, ensuring women can thrive, lead, and live fully in the second half of life.

Ruvarashe Mabhena, a cofounder of LynFlowers Healthcare, is an Occupational Therapist with a Master of Science in Medicine (Sexual & Reproductive Health), weaving her expertise in Psychosexual Therapy into a gentle, deeply human practice. She brings a compassionate, evidence‑informed approach to supporting women through the emotional, relational, and intimate shifts of life.

Her work sits at the intersection of:
